The Johns Hopkins University Provost’s Leadership, Advancement, and Development Academy (LAD Academy) is proud to present the Turning Tough Conversations into Growth Opportunities course. Designed to help you master the art of navigating challenging conversations with confidence, this course provides practical strategies to foster constructive dialogue, strengthen relationships, and transform conflicts into opportunities for growth.
