Full course description
This course, Deep Dive into Patents, continues the discussion introduced in Introduction to Intellectual Property and provides researchers and faculty with a deeper understanding of how patents protect innovations and enhance the impact of discoveries. Participants will explore the patenting process, key legal concepts, application structure, associated costs, and strategic considerations for commercialization and technology transfer.
